DIRECTIONS: It can be used in various ways

 Pre-shampoo: Section hair, apply oil to dry hair, massage gently into scalp and strands leave it on for at least 15 minutes up to overnight. Once oil has soaked in, shampoo and condition hair.

Deep conditioner: Evenly apply oil  to scalp or in conditioner of choice to clean damp hair.  Massage it in, comb it through your hair roots to ends. Place heat cap on allow oil to sit for 15-30 minutes then rinse out thoroughly.

Directly: A little goes a long way. Part your hair into sections, apply a few drops, gently massage into the scalp and hair. For best results, apply 2-3 times weekly
