Refunds
All items are crafted with care, with our customers in mind. To request a cancellation, please do so within 24 hours, as most items are made to order or customized. Damages and Issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your order carefully and contact us immediately if the item is found to be defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the situation and provide a resolution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
